Personas
Identifying user personas is a vital part of any product creation. It is crucial to understand who is the product being created for, what are the user’s motivations and pain points as well as what is the problem that we are solving.
During the discovery phase I like to run a couple of workshops with stakeholders to determinate the demographics, technical, motivational and emotional background. These activities usually involve lots of post-it notes, white boards, questions and brain storming.
